Return Policy
At Justri LLC, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, our return policy outlines the steps for making a return or exchange.
Time Frame for Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please contact us at support@justri.co to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), label and return instructions.
Pack Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and write your RAN clearly on the outside of the package or secure the return label on the outside of the package.
Send the Item Back: Ship the item to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at support@justri.co. Please note that exchange availability may vary depending on the stock levels of the item.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
